Here is the photo of my Uncle Anthony Harte-Lovelace in a Tempest II that he ferried out to India. I also enclose part of his log book which I have transferred to Excel with the Tempest flights. He made 4 flights altogether, one of which was in HA557. They went out to India in pairs. He was lucky as the Wayfarer he flew after the Tempest flights crashed near Bristol during it's second test flight due to a rudder failure having been upgraded.
